14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Latvia by the Consumer Rights Protection Law of 18 March 2014), customers in Latvia, the Netherlands and Belgium have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

How to cancel

Notify us before the 14-day period expires by emailing info@allforcars.com with your order number, or by sending the model withdrawal form below. We will acknowledge receipt by email within one working day.

Returning the goods

You must return the goods to our warehouse in Ugāle, Latvia within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Items should be unused, complete and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging. Return shipping typically costs €6–€15 from anywhere in the EU; we can arrange the collection at cost on your behalf. The cost of the return shipment is borne by you, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

We will refund the full price of the goods and the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or of you providing proof of return, whichever is sooner). Refunds are made to the original payment method via Mollie. You may be liable for a reduction in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods personalised to your specifications.

Faulty or incorrect items

Your statutory rights under EU Directive 2019/771 and the Latvian Civil Code (2-year warranty) apply in full. If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a free return, repair, replacement or refund.
